IKV Tools’ radical reorganisation in the last couple of years where each tool production now goes through a group organisation instead of, as usual, through an employee places substantial requirements on the organisation, its cooperation ability, and efficiency. These are issues we will continue to work with in order to additionally increase the company’s production capacity.
Once the project folder with your order has left the first stage at the Purchasing/Preparation Group, it ends up on the table of the Design/Project Management Group.
Based on the drawings/3D documents you as a customer have submitted, we create a “slip” or a picture of how the tool will produce the product you as a customer want to manufacture. This production documentation then forms the basis of the remaining work on designing the tool/parts.
To be able to trust your suppliers and quickly get the help and service you need when you have a emergency or if an accident strike, can be extremely important for a company.
This is why we at IKV Tools AB have raised the bar on our service level another step for our customers. We have started a Quickline group who is able to immediately get involved in your needs.
IKV Tools has invested in modern machinery and actively works to “keep up” with the development of modern cutting tools. You as a customer can therefore be sure that your tool will be manufactured as quickly and efficiently as possible by the Group's four NC operators.
This could mean that certain runs/parts of your tool will be run at night in order to cut down the production time as much as possible.
Once the tool has been assembled, it is test-run at IKV Tools by an assembly manager and by the designer.
IKV Tools' policy is to never close a tool order until you as a customer are completely satisfied, which is why someone from the Assembly Group will be on site with you to perform the final fine-tuning of the tool.
